Any "pilot" recommendations on handling companies in Mongolia?

I dont remember the name of the handler there. All I remember is that we ordered 10% of food by them and it was very bad quality and crazy expensive. It is better to order all catering in your hotel.

If you need something special, bring it with you.
The whole country is 30-40 years behind.

I've been there twice - the first time we used airport handling and it was complicated, expensive and the service was poor. The second time we paid the hotel (the client's hotel - not ours!) for out-service and that was reasonable quality though still expensive.
