Actually, that's one of a couple of free courses on related topics - all can be found here: Winter operations and all are free. (The first on the page is the one xsbank posted the direct link to)
As the page says, be careful not to use something not intended for your specific type, but xsbank's link and the third one in the list (on HOT and de/anti-icing fluids in general) are fairly general in content. The second and fourth ones are really aimed at the older CRJs and Challengers.
