BizAv Pax bokking behaviour - market survey
Dear All,
I would like to share and discuss with some results out of a market survey my company did.
We were surveying our customer base about their flights request.
Flight booking ("corporate customer") : 85% of the surveyed answered that they also book the return flight back home - so meaning a flight from A to B to A. 15% said that they look for alternative operators or transport media to get back home. The survey showed that only 15% of the set look for multilegs. 40% percent came from the broker and 60% direct.
Flight booking ("leisure customer") : 8% of the of the surveyed answered that they also book the return flight back home - so meaning a flight from A to B to A.92% said that they look for alternative operators to get back home, because they prefer ONE way pricing. Most of those bookings came to us via broker.
Do you see similiar trends in the booking behaviour of your clients?
