Just wondered what qualifies you to make such a damning statement? Are you CAA? ,AIB? Before you ask, I'm nothing to do with 24/7, but for a broker to make such a sweeping statement without any knowledge of how to actually operate an aircraft shows your niavity.....unless of course you are suitably qualified and/or experienced to comment. I'm guessing not though.
If a flight is 2 hours late, it doesn't mean its dangerous.....it means it's late.
Their lack of professionalism is just too dangerous to put the lives of our clients in their hand.

24/7 Jet
A lot of the brokers keep in touch with the pilots ! It not fair to put people at risk with his aircraft and the way the books are fiddled. Been there and left

To add a little balance....
We have used 24/7 Jet to fly our clients ( when our CJ's were unavailable ) and have had no cause for complaint.
For the record, the aircraft were always presented in immaculate condition, the level of service was A1, and our Pax were more than pleased.
Equally, I have had opportunity to fly for 24/7 and found their team to be entirely professional and the most convivial of company.
I would hate that this thread served to rubbish an operation that has continued to survive in the prevailing tight market conditions. Why would we need to see yet more hard working drivers out of work?
I am unable to recognise anything of the Flight Ops team in this thread; my experiences have been the polar opposite.

Anyone who has been on these forums for more then 3 minutes and in this business for more then 5, other then the few employees and freelancers here, know to avoid them like the proverbial plague.
Only those brokers looking for cut throat prices and not caring for their customers would use them. You get what you pay for.
The handful of brokers on this thread that have been burned by them, had it coming, 5 minutes on google would have kept you away from them.
Like Merlin posted earlier, just have a word with your fellow BACA members.

24/7 jet yehheeeeee haaaaa
Well said, Having worked for them as a pilot in the left hand seat, believe me there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes in that OFFICE/HANGER. They are a bunch of cowboys and only care about money. Mr Riaz will sign the tech log although Zero has been done "i will do it next time " unreal. Only a matter of time.

Agree with CLDVR
You are doing all of us a disservice but especially the potential future passengers of this operation if you have evidence of illegal maintenance practices.

I really cannot recognise anything of the experiences described in my dealings with 24/7.
Clearly 24/7 offer an attractive price however I have never found this to be at the expense of safety or even service.
24/7 have an UK AOC, have a CAM, QM and ultimately are subject to the scrutiny of the regulator. Indeed, an FOI even fly's with them.
Are we to believe that all these highly qualified, and culpable individuals are all failing in their collective duty?
If there is evidence of 'sharp practice' then please file a report immediately; in its absence I hope that 24/7 will continue to fill a required niche in the market.
Best regards to all

That's okay purple - will happily buy you a new one, seems we all as pilots can afford it these days when such reasonable charges are levied by the CAA, and their salaried FOI's to go flying by Private Jet. Mind you, wouldn't travel any other than Privately myself of course, one simply has a standard of living to maintain.

The only 3 people here defending 247 are employees, by their own admission. Everyone else who is only slightly informed will avoid these cowboys. Threads like this will only spread the word to the uninformed.
IF, and only if an FOI would really stoop so low to scrape the barrel here, only one more reason for Cape Fear to at least make a phonecall and folow it up with a letter identifiying the irregularities he has witnessed firsthand.

How very informed we all are; FOI's maintain in flying practice by achieving currency on the line with many individual operations. Quite rightly this will continue to include GA. It also affords the benefit of insight into an operation, especially one so heavily critisized! In this case the chap wasn't sitting in the back sipping champagne!
To be clear, I am most definitely not an employee, but feel it right to detail that I have never had a problem. In the absence of my post all that we would have heard was the negative in the absence of any counter.
Brokers and private clients alike continue to book with 24/7. Are they all fools? If so, how come they remain in business?
This all said; If there are valid concerns that can be backed then PLEASE write to the regulator. If not, I think I can only conclude that this is a miss guided attack on one of the few UK operations surviving through difficult times. PPRUNE is not a Kangaroo Court but a rumour network and must be treated as such.
0545 and it's time for BigNumber to go flying, thank goodness you haven't turned your 'tongue lashing' on my pay cheque yet

Lets not confuse service levels with safety levels.
Again, I would ask mikeEE and flat spin to qualify the statement that the 24/7 operation is unsafe.
Unreliable, late, rude etc.... doesn't mean unsafe.
