Jaxpilot, this is your first post as you just joined so you probably don't know that when you ask a question, and two people respond here, plus send a PM it is proper courtesy to acknowledge the responses.

Now that is a RUDE reply. I see you are a Brit, so that figures.
OK, enough kidding around, my reply to the O/P was certainly not intended to be rude but rather to educate.
I spent a bit of time researching his question/answer and then sent him a response by PM. In fact he is new to this forum, and as you can see I am not, so I was gently educating him with the accompanying nice SMILEY that it would be best to acknowledge the research that I did for him.
If you think that is rude then you sir are entitled to your opinion, however wrong it may be.
Cheers!

Now this is getting interesting....
What is so special about this specific plane that it deserves questions without explanations and answers in PM only?
Let's have it all out, after all it could be a nice replacement for the deleted BW thread!

This crash at KTEB was a result of fraud, ineptitude, greed, unlicensed operators and crew and, as you say, an out of CG aircraft. It was another illegal charter by Platinum Jet. Too bad it takes an accident like this to get the attention of the FAA regarding bootleg charter companies.
A fuel tankering conspiracy between company owners and crew caused this event.
Some players in prison now, others due to go soon.

Maybe the RW of old, but remember he has turned the corner now and having doing so has distanced himself from a certain 'senior pilot' by removing hime from the Sky Ferry website.
