Question - Filling an IFR Flight Plan in Europe

Hi folks I wanted to ask about your methodology of filing a flightplan in europe:

In case you are positioning your aircraft (empty) to airport to pick up a pax do you file it as an commercial flight ?

Thanks for your comments.

If you undertake Public Transport flights I e Charters all your plans should be filed as Charter after all you are still subject to your Governing Countries rules re Duty Hours etc.

In Europe its no cheaper to File as Private even Postioning flights

So Type of Flight is N
