Just how good or bad are things out there in terms of experienced guys getting jobs after being made redundant due to the recession. Im hearing that worldwide, things are slowly on the up, but i'm just not seeing that locally (in the UK)

Regards

The only nibble I got was at my arse !!
Recently survived a redundancy process just before Xmas, but was basically forced into agreeing to a cut in annual salary of around 9000 Pounds a year just to remain employed !!
Now my company have one of their aircraft up for sale !!
Methinks the writing is on the wall.
Anyone need an F/O? ..... 1800 Hrs TT , 1450 Hrs C550/C501.
Good at sweeping hangar floors !!

There is a little movement now....

LEA are advertising for Legacy and Falcon drivers...... Early days in the job recovery, so only type rated peeps need apply.......hopefully within a few months there will be such a demand that ratings will be a bonus!

Things are starting to improve on the charters now.....nearly always last minute bookings, but at least there are bookings!!!!!

LEA's Legacy positions are now filled, but still seeking a Falcon 900EX EASy First Officer.
