WATRS (West Atlantic Route System)

Hi guys, short question...in the WATRS (West Atlantic Route System) can you file coordinates (LAT/LONG) or do you have to file airways/waypoints ?

Depending on the destination, NOTAMs might prescribe a specific airway to be used to file the flight plan.
