Around 144000 Euro per annum is what an experienced line-captain can expect from a reputable outfit. (that's without TRI/TRE) Please note, generally not in germany or austria, pay there is comical.
Worst I know of: 96000 Euro. (Austria, guess the mob? ) Best: 145200. (UK)
All figures reflect basic pay. Per Diem seems to average at around 90 Euro/day.

Salaries will drop significantly as large pool of unemployed pilots undercut each other. Expect a Captain salary to be about 45,000 euro per year in the near future.

I gues the 144K are pretty real. I have a couple of friends who get that pay on a 135 outfit flying a Global in Europe. Some of them are even making more with JAR TRI/TRE qualifications. send me some pm's i be happy to give you some company names.

UFO, don't be silly!
First of all u can't compare the salarys in the US to Europe!
Secondly, I bet NASA pilots ie Astronauts are paid crap (but they have the coolest job, so I guess it makes up for the poor salary).
"Dudelman" is spot on.

90000 euros plus per diems were having a laugh the salary wouldn't be any different to say a Falcon or GV driver.

Salaries on other types?
It all comes down to who you work for and what they are willing to pay, and what you are willing to work for, as well as the conditions of your employment (how nice is the job?).
I fly a CL604 based in the UK, and I am paid $163,000 USD, or at today's exchange rate, 102,000 GBP, or 117,000 Euro. I get $120/day per diem when away from base (75 GBP or 85 Euro).
What are some of you being paid for the type of aircraft you are flying, and where are you based? I think if a lot of us put that info forward, we would all have a better understanding of the market.

Money
Hi to all pilots out there!
If you are flexible and willing to make things happen, don't go for cheap!
If somebody want's to operate his plane, he has to spend a minimum of 1,2 million € just for crews (everything incl HOTAC)! Otherwise its nice owning a plane and he shoud find a dry spot in his garden to put it...
Am i wrong?
Are all your numbers before tax (regardless if you pay it or not ;-))))

Global Pay in Israel
Good day!
I'm currently working for a company out of Ben-Gurion/Tel-Aviv on a Global 5000. F/O pay is the equivelant of 5660 euro and captain pay starts somewhere around 7550 euro a month. Per diem sucks - $60, no matter which country you're visitng.
On the other hand, it's salary and you're only flying 12 days a month.
If any of you guys know of an operation looking for a good guy with experience - FAA/ICAO/VP - Please, PM me.
Fly safe and take care.
