simu check & basic skills in the biz jet world

For all of those who have been laid off, get a new job mean be prepare for a deep review of all ATPL subjects AND be prepare for a interview...(except perhaps with some private owner)

In the real life we never try to make calculation like distance from station, wind...
probably due to modern cockpit possibilities with FMS wind vectors...

So for jobs hunter, please share your experiences with simucheck (basics IFR skills), what type of exercices can we expect ?
How to solve them?
Where to find documents to review and be ready for a new job? (books, web sites, software)

Let's focus on essential mandatory basics !
Thanks.
