Smile Seeking old friends in Poland

Hi! I am trying to find details of an old friend that might be deceased but then again, maybe not. His name is Tadeuz Rucinzki, although I am not sure it is spelled correctly. He and I was in the Sudan spraying cotton back in 1973 - 1974. he was the Operations Manager of a Polish operation in the town of Kosti, I was working for the brits in Ed Dueim, both being by the White Nile. He came from the town of Grudziądz in Northern Poland. I assume he could be around sixty back in -73, thus could very likely have departed with a final clerance.
Next year we are doing a tour of Poland by car, and we would like to try to see if we could locate his whereabouts. Anyone have any ideas?
Harald
