Due to a high import tax in Russia, many of the Russian Airlines are registering their newly aquired Western built aircraft in Bermuda & due to this, they've run out of reg's in the VP-B sequence.
You would have thought that the Russians would have noticed that the high import tax was not stopping Russian airlines ordering Western built aircraft rather than Tupolev & Ilyushin (locally built aircraft) so they'd lower the tax so that all aircraft were placed on the Russian register & therefore, they'd get more money anyhow.
A lot of Russian biz operators tend to operate aircraft registered in Austria, Aruba, the UK & the Isle of Man
