Company Call Signs
Hello All,
I wonder if anyone has any advice on how to register a company callsign?
I've searched t'internet but to no avail.
We just re-registered an aircraft and crews and controllers alike are stumbling over the quite awkward radio call, so we think a callsign would be the safest solution especially when the sectors get busy!
Thanks in anticipation
Jeff

Try via NATS at LHR Comms Centre. It used to be done on a national level with them who then deal directly with ICAO in Montreal. I think something is also listed in CAP32 UK AIP - happy reading !

The last time I looked into this I think they were limiting callsigns to AOC holders as they were running out of available 3 letter designators and callsigns. Could have been rubbish though!
