What Jet Republic wants?

Back page of last weeks Flight International, interview with Jet Republic Chief Instructor:
Q: What sort of people are you looking for to become Jet Republic pilots?

A: Basically, we're looking for pilots who have previously been trained and developed within an environment that has a structured training process and requires very high standards. Essentially our pilots will come from the airlines or the military...
Does anyone else think that this is, at best, a slap in the face of the professionals with whom he is about to share the world's GA Aprons? I hope this is one man's opinion, not JR policy!

I hear the the app they want you to fill out requires you to list everything down to your entire DNA sequence. Good luck.

Sort of been covered on the other JR thread, as I said on the other thread they'll settle eventually with a good mix of mil/ga/airline all with something to learn from each other.

NJE eventually did after a broken aircraft after somebody did a high energy run in and break in a Bravo and the ex airlines guys wouldn't go into discretion ....ever, the GA guys benefitted from more structured training and bi annual sim sessions. Took them a couple of years to figure it out, I would have thought that with them being on the same road in Lisbon and a lot of the principal JR guys being ex NJE they would remember the lessons already learned

To be honest I don't care about the pilots.

I just want to know about what new preferred suppliers they have signed up this week:

Ooooh chauffeur cars: Preferred Suppliers To... » Greys of London Ltd, Executive Chauffeur Services

BUT STILL NO F*CKING AIRCRAFT!!!
