Can't go past Harrods every time.
Very pleasant and effecient ops staff.
Had dealings with the staff in various roles for over 20 years and would give them my business every time

Harrods for me!
We've operated our Gulfstreams into Harrods a few times and they have always been efficient and friendly as well as the passengers liking them.
I guess it is a good service for good bucks but it helps that amongst their staff there are a couple of real babes!

Universal Handling Stansted
we have used Universal for the last 2 years... previously with Harrods...
They are competitive
Nothing is too much trouble, seriously they treat us and our pax very well and are very accommodating.
Looking back we have used their services over 40 times now... each experience we have had has been first class...
