Corporate aviation annex 6 ICAO
Hello everybody,
I just saw the current ICAO annex 6 (6th & 7th editions) for general avition. I have a crucial question for you The last section (3) mentionned the corporate aviation operations (chapter 3.2).
My simply question is : Does "part-sharing companies" use CS-23 aircrafts (SET & MET) for private use, but employed professional pilots, are considered making corporate aviation operations ?

Thanks for your quick reply S.F.L.Y.
What you said is the common sense
However, how can you explain that the following definition is on the chapter general aviation (section 2 of annex 6)
Directly drag & drop from the annex :
So for me doubt still here it seems that for ICAO if you have three or more limousine you will be consider as corporate !

" Recommendation.— A corporate aviation operation involving three or more aircraft that are operated by pilots employed for the purpose of flying the aircraft should be conducted in accordance with Section 3.
Note.— The term "aircraft" is used to indicate that a corporate aviation operation using a mix of aeroplanes and helicopters is be subject to this Recommendation as long as at least one aeroplane is involved."

Anyway these are recommendations and the rules are set by states. Annex 6 is recommending standards for commercial SET operations... which can't be conducted according to JARs...
The answer to your question will basically depend on some additional details such as:
- State of operations
- Is it a corporate flight department (owned by the companies) or a management company selling aircraft shares and operating them on behalf of the owners?
