Why think only of brokers, a lot of operators are very experienced. Gama, Interflight to name but two.

On the broker side of things I also believe Air Charter Service have a Moscow office.

If you need an operator, try Jetflite in Helsinki, in business since 1980 and flying in and out of Soviet Union / Russia ever since...

heard XclusiveJet from UK are also good, opertate CL604 and Hawker for Moscow base. What is it you want

Anyone know or hear anything about Chartright (out of Toronto) manageing aircraft in Russia?
