Learjet Salaries
We are looking at taking a Lr 45 in the next 6-9 months and wondered what was the expected pay for a full time Cpt and FO.
Aircraft will be based out of London, provide charter as well as flying for owner, roster negotiable, probably 6/4. The owner is flexible to an extent but wants to make sure he's paying a fair market rate for him and crew.
Perm job plus per diems etc.
I've had a quick search but theres nothing that matches up.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
RA

Not the best time to start a Lear project with Ocean sky grounding thier Lears and Air Partner doing much of the same?
Salaries average 70k for capt / 40k for f/o's 50 per diem industry average.
Where are you going to base these Lears, many Lear operations around biggin hill/farnborough/luton already .

Thanks for the posts and PM's - the general consensus seems to be around 65k GBP for a Cpt and 35k GBP for a FO.
If/when we take the aircraft we will not be solely reliant on charter and so other goings on in the industry will not affect us too much.
Thanks,
RA
