Mind me asking how much folks are paying in Moscow for rooms in the SAS? Have gone through 5 different hotels over the last few weeks and when I find one I consider descent to stay in the pitbulls complain about the cost and throw me back to the slums

If this is an ongoing problem, have the hotel check the mini bar before departure on check out. Have the duty manager counter sign the paid invoice. He'll not want to be called up to explain the additional chardges later.
