Hmmm, not that I know anything about that incident, but I fly the bloody thing and it is very easy to change frequency without ever realizing it. The enter knob on the CCDs can easily be pushed by accident. And Honeywell/Cessna are not able to provide a warning tone when freq is changed (like on e.g. proline II 25 years ago)

I'll be 4.2 by Jan, roll on version 5 - being addressed apparently
PS dont want to fuel the fire but I doubt it was intercepted for a stuck PTT it times out after 40 seconds and stops transmitting

Donīt want to disappoint you, but 4.2 does not give a tone to my knowledge. Will learn it early january, airplane is in MX for 4.2 and a few other things.
Phase 5 is promised for how long now? I donīt think it will ever come...the Sov is not a bad airplane, it would be a real great airplane with a proline 21 cockpit... Sov+....

Just spoken to a mate at Bookajet and he's confirmed it. Wrong frequency selection and missed/overshot a compulsory reporting point. After two fighters appeared on either wing, communication was regained via 121.5!
So, box 1 was on the wrong frequency, and no one listening on guard on box2........I hope the pax were impressed!!!!!
Doh!!

**** happens, as Mr.Forrest Gump puts it.
They will have had enough Tea and no biscuits already. No need to nail them again. They will have learned from it I presume.
And as I said, very easy to switch frequency without realizing it.
