Does anyone have a copy of the professional pilot magazine 2008 salary survey (I think it was June or July issue?)....somehow I've lost my copy...

If anyone has it, I'd appreciate it if you could scan and email the US corporate pages for me...

IMO the Pro Pilot annual salary survey isn't worth the paper its written on. Way too much input from wanna be pilot millionaires and not enough legitimate controls to ensure its accuracy. It is entertaining though and full of wishful thoughts!
