Left seat upgrade on Challenger 604

Bonjour all
I know this is more a FCL issue than a bizjet one, but you guys may know the answer

I am soon to be upgraded captain on our Challenger.
Problem is, I was checked in the right seat in FSI (under JAA ) and the CAA did not unfreeze my ATPL when I came back from US, since "a tick in the box is missing"
it was not a big problem since I was not supposed to be left seat before one year . I was told I will unfreeze at the next refresher course.
But plans changed, and my company wants me in the left seat ASAP
I have a TRI/TRE (CAA) available to check me as PiC on the 604

Questions :

-Can I do the LST on the aircraft ?
-is there any training required ? (I was told no )
-will it be ok (from the CAA point of view ) to unfreeze my ATPL ?

Am in touch with all parties, but I understand touday is a bank holiday in UK, your help may save some time to organize this

Many thanks

I did an LST in the aircraft (SD 360) in 2002 in the UK.

The CAA TRE has to have 'ATPL-LST' authority and have it on his certificate.

LST is an IR. No training required for that but of course if you are going to do the emergency check list from the left, you don't want to Fluff it up on the day of your check.
Also if you are going to be Low Vis Ops, you must have done the training in the LHS.
