Legacy upgrade policy
Anyone working with TAG, Twinjet or LEA able to comment on upgrade policies. Do these operators promote when you are ready or when there is a vacant LH seat. Wouldn't mind some thoughts on whether generally if there is a promote from within provided you have the right hours ?

LEA's CP likes to promote from within. He feels strongly about rewarding loyalty.
'Dead mans shoes' policy doesent apply at LEA. You will be given command training once you have the required hours and are your performance on OPC's & LPC's are deemed suitable.
Its always easier for the company to have plenty of Captains.....Captains can still fly with Captains, but F/O's can't fly with F/O's.
With plenty of variety of aircraft in the fleet, opportunities for progression onto different aircraft is probably the best in the UK!
