EASA Requirements

For a Light jet to be certified by EASA for commercial operations: Is a second DME required? ie Mustang Phenom etc
I couldnt find a requirement under JAR's ?
Have any of the current Mustang operators a second DME fitted?

Regards,

GH

One is enough

I couldn't help but notice that the link MM gave you is full of fascinating unrelated stuff, but doesn't answer your question.

The answer is that one DME receiver is enough.

It's an old habit learnt when I was a QFI!

If you really want to get down in the weeds you could ask these people.

Whilst I believe CJ driver is perfectly correct and I value advice found here as a good starting point, as with any advice gleaned from a forum, be sure to always check with the authority before commmiting yourself operationally or financially.
