NJE Cadet Per Diems
No hidden agenda here just a genuine question albeit on somebody else's behalf.
Chatting away over a snifter of Irn Bru in the boozer recently with a NJE cadet who asked me if in my time with the company my per diems were mentioned in my contract of employment. It seems that she/he has been told they are not which left him/her/shim worrying that they could be withdrawn at any time.
All paperwork of mine in that regard is stuffed away in a dusty attic so I thought I'd ask if any current NJE crew know the answer. Are cadets treated differently?
Anyone? Mike Jenvey perhaps?
