MCC for private operator

Can you fly an aircraft certified for 2 crew members without an MCC course and just a type rating in the private category. ie lear 31 !!

MCC is a prerequisite for a two crew type rating I'm afraid.

Flightsafety want to see an MCC Cert or CAA credit before you even start groundschool
