Suspect this may go to appeal. But an extraordinary story. Anyone know more?

USD70K costs

No doubt Uncle W.B. will front up with the 70K, good hit for NJ against FJ.

flew for the company for 17 months starting in April 2000

So April 2000 + 17 months = changing jobs in sept 2001, unlucky timing.
