Hey guys,
Anyone here fly for a company abroad and do a 35/31 roster? How is it it terms of life style and relationships? Does it work well after the initial time getting used to it?
Any kind of info/advice would be great.

Hi, I work 4 wks on 4 wks off and I love it. Perhaps a bit too much time off so I do CPL/MEIR instructing for a couple of weeks.
Just resign yourself 100% to work when on duty and don't try to do other stuff and it works.
