Is there any state of Registry in Europe, which does allow to fly a
Citation X (as Copilot) with a JAA Commercial pilot licence?
1.In a commercial ops
2.In a private ops
As far as I know, JAA countries requiring JAA ATPL licences, regardless if the aircraft is operated on a private or commercial basis.

As a co-pilot it is sufficient to have a CPL, IFR with frozen ATPL - meaning that the written exams for the ATPL are passed.
On a private ops I think a PPL with a high performance course is sufficient. Correct me if I'm wrong...
