Biz jet recruitment?

I hold a fATPL and am working as an FI with a little over 500 hours TT but what I really want to do is get into flying biz jets. I know that I will need to keep working as an instructor for a little longer to build more experience but my question is what type of experience are the biz jet operators looking for? Are SEP hours worth anything? should I start hour building on MEP? Is there anybody recruiting new FOs with less than 1000 hours?

I believe NJE will recruit FO's for CS-DOC (Beechcraft 1900D) with 750 hours which would give you a foot in.
