Depends what passport you have...
If you have access to a worldwide Jeppesen set, look in the Entry Requirements of the "MES" volumes (Middle-East/South Asia).
On internet, look on your government's travel info for other nations.
Many countries offer short duration visitor visas upon arrival.
Again, depends what passport you have.

Happy contrails
P.S. According to ICAO agreements, if you are a crewmember, most civilized nations do not require a visa, if you are listed on the General Declaration.

Indian Visa
Hi, Ive just arrived in India on a private aircarft, our crew consists of 1 dutch National, 1 French National, 1 English National, we all had to get visas 3 months before our arrival, even with our visa it took us nearly 3 hours to clear through all immigration procedures, be aware, my best advice is call British Airways, the number is on the website, the reason I suggest BA is they will be able to help you alot quicker and give you correct advise, quicker than the Indian embassy! Good Luck

Been going in out of India for last 3 years, you definetly need a visa and a good handling agent , then it will take only minutes to clear immigration.
Generally if you apply for your Indian visa, in your own country , you will get it on the same day as long as you go there personally. I think you can get it in Frankfurt, but be carefull how many times you can enter the country, because if you have single entry visa, which is common. ie you arrive on day one, try to leave on day two, aircraft goes tech, you can't come back in !!
Good luck

DW - you need a visa!
Been there, done that and it took plenty of fast talking by my husband (Commander of said a/c) to get us in. Took hours.
You can get a visa same day at the High Commission in London or Birmingham. Get there early. If you are going for a business visa you need invites from Indian company - go for tourist.
