vistajet

hi

After being interviewed last week everything looked fine, one week later I didn't get any new, even to be hired or not I think I deserve a response, isn't?
Main office and interview was nice, FO and Training manager, two days later they called me to pay me all travel expenses,....but no news yet since then.
Or they are really busy or they have a very strange procedure whit personnel interviewed....

well, under my point of view is not a bad company to work for and conditions are ok, it,s not the best but.... I know, I know!!! I read all the old posts. but this is my opinion.

Brgds

@ deskjockey101

If you don't mind me asking are you still working with VJ?
I would like to know how things work for Aviation in Austria.
Are they able to cancel a contract after you sign it but before you start working???

Thank you for your time

Danger No Commitment=No Business

Keeping a long story short: Paying for the rating in that place is like shooting yourself in the head. Now why would someone honestly volunteer to do that ? No thanks

I am quite surprised of your words Flying Mechanic ... They fired lot of people on the Chally fleet few weeks ago and just learned they shut down the Learjet 40 fleet ... Over 15 Learjet pilots fired

Heard a rumour last week that they aren't going to make it through the end of this year, phasing out crews and a/c's.
Don't know whether it's just a dirty rumour, but where there is smoke, there is bound to be a fire......

Well according to the Joker, aka TF, business is doing just fine.
News - private jet aircraft charter and ownership with VistaJet?s fleet of Bombardier jets
They are going to continue earning their profits by pandering to mafia bosses, drug smugglers, gun runners, diamond thieves, and that type of crowd, because those people also deserve the best service.
And have a look at their Careers page, Lear Jet pilots are in demand, Who wants to be the first to hop on the Vista Jet train to success!

The rumour of them going down has been around since their "noble" existance...

The careers page on the their website has also been there with the exact infos for at least longer than a year. I wouldn't put any weight based on that.

What an absolute load of rubbish. VistaJet have not grounded their LearJet 40's nor have they grounded any other aircraft in their fleet.
