LEA Citation II's

Does anyone know if the remaining LEA Cit II's have the engine modification so that Prist isn't required on full uploads?

I thought the remaining Citation 2's were for sale

If they were for sale why would LEA be advertising for crews in "Flight" two weeks ago?
