Per Diem

I have been with my present employer for a couple of years and while I have been able to negotiate a satisfactory salary review thorughout this period, the per diem has not changed from what is approximately €70/US$90

I would like to discuss a review (upward) but first need to be as informed as possible in terms of what other operators/owners pay so that at least I can provide a comparison. Speaking to other air crew it seems that many other European operators are paying crew a per diem of €100

There has been a lot of clutter around lately but I for one would be extremely grateful for any useful returns on this matter!

I am on 100USS per day, plus a block time bonus or 20$ per block hour.

$120/£60 a day. Im am pretty sure that any per diem amount has to be "agreed" with the local tax office as the payment is tax free. So not ony will you need to get any rise past your company but also the tax office.

I can offer two companies perdiem rates:
1. Saudi private company: $2**
2. Former Soviet state private company: $1**

We just get 62 Euro for European and 75 Euro for all other destinations

We get government published tax free per diem which varies by the country.
In Europe generally between 60 and 70 euros.
Company pays hotel, breakfast (if not included), laundry, internet/business center use and we do have company cellphones.
