Cirrus aviation

Who has some info on Cirrus aviation in Germany?
Salary, rosters, atmosphere, etc.

just hearsay, but they have had big staff turnover. Have just been bought (51%) by same guy who bought DaimlerChrysler aviation and Hapag-Lloyd executive. Apparently they (Cirrus) will be upped salarywise to DCA standards.
14 on 14 off ops. Was offered a job a year ago on either the LJ40/45 or XLS with 4500e before taxes and a 4 year bond.
Expanding rapidly. Met several crews, they complained about the usual stuff,like ops etc. But the aircraft are (most of em) relatively new and apparently well maintained...
