Question Beechjet 400A

Hi !
IŽd like to gain information on Beechjets 400A, cause weŽll switch from our Kingair to a Beechjet or a Citation Ultra.
Are there any special things to know about the Beechjet? Any technical advice where to look at first? ( Like windshields on a KingAir )
Thanks

I believe that instead of ailerons the beechjet has spoilers. Drop a wing on approach and instead of lifting that wing again you drop the other wing to match. Not dangerous but a good reason not to get low on the approach.
