Is there a book in existence which lists GA handling agents around Europe?

If so, where can I buy it?

Yes. A book as required by you is available.
I have had it but unable to locate same at this stage. However, for a phone call to
Southern Cross Aviation in California you can
obtain the information. Southern Cross are a
ferry company and do have access to the information you require. (Camarillo, Calif)
