Anybody know the going rate for a G-V captain in North America?

I don't think there is much distinction between GIV & GV pilots. I know a few of both and it seems to range from around USD 73K - 100K with the GV pilot at the bottom of that scale. I guess it depends on the kind of operation, and as always how much they are willing to pay.

I think your a little behind the curve on your salary thoughts..
GIV Captain $95-110K
GV Captain $100-130K

In the order of ;
G4 USD110+
G5 USD120+
BBJ USD130+
There is considerable variation between operators, but good Command Pilots(aren't all Captains good!!!) are worth every cent.
