Gents,. .On our two BBJ's (Bermuda registered) we have been obliged by the Bermuda DCA to observe JAR-OPS 1 as our operational rulebook even though Bermuda has no jurisdiction over JAR-Ops. In addition the AN(OT)O applies, if there was a conflict between the two then the AN(OT)O takes precedence as its the actual legislation of the Bermuda DCA. We fly on UK(JAA) licences and have a blanket validation for all of us (not individually).. .. . <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="cool.gif" />
