BIZJET Record keeping

Sorry, I probably should have posted this question here for the Bizjet side of the house. My question is: What are JAA or CAA requirements (if any) for keeping flight records (not maintenance records) for European flights? I know for commercial operators in the USA there is a 30 day requirement for W&B none for Part 91 except for 90 days for oceanic. What are the requirements in Europe? The aircraft is over 12,500 lbs.(if that makes a difference). Thanks in advance.

Usually 3 months for a commercial operator.
Tech log is 24 months after the date of the last entry.
