Just wondering if any of you guys have had an opportunity to fly the 7x. I understand first deliveries are starting soon.

Whats so special about the 7X? Is it cause its fly by wire?

Cos' it's a Falcon, and them's good airplanes. Why the hell they didn't go the whole nine yards though and make it bigger than the GLEX I just can't understand - isn't everybody and his dog clamouring for big cabins? Understand Gulfstream want to up the bar, somebody mentioned a bigger one yet being planned? (pardon thread-drift)

Yes, probably named Gulfstream G600 with a wider fuselage.

There is no other aircraft that can match the 50/900s all round performance and the7x will widen the gap. Can't wait

I'm afraid the 7X will only decrease the gap between a F900 and a (buffet limited) GLEX or unmatched G550...

Dont discount the fact the 7x is rather less thirsty than the competition.

Fuel and performance, especially short field, what comes close.
