RVSM Training

Hi All

I just like to find out if RVSM recurrent training is required on a FAA licence.

If so, what are the requirments etc?

Any info will be greatly appreciated!

The specific requirements of the OpsSpec you recieve will vary. The training you recieve soes not technically have a given life but the presiding Flight Standards Office will prescribe the retraining requirements in the OpsSpec.

As you appear to be located in Dubai, I would anticipate that you will be using the NYIFO (New York International Field Office) who will insist on recurrent training every two years.

Technically you shoud submit a copy of the License, Medical Certificate and RVSM training to the FAA for each and every pilot crewmember that will operate in RVSM airspace.
