....this company, is based on foreign investors, mainly russian and the only reason, why they are operating on an austrian aoc is, because some things in austria go "easier" - everyone himself should think about this "easier", in my mind it is not very professional.
But as told already, one part of the team I know, sitting in zurich, I worked together with them couple of years, they are professional, with many years broker experience. They initiated the IJM , but I hear more and more "outstanding money" and "instable roster" rumours from the crews. I am happy to be positive screened by my favourite future operator, being stable more than 10 years now . But hope for you, to solve your probs!

The only unstable thing in this company are pilots posting in here!
You should move your a.... and try to change things or change your live if you are not happy and should not complain about JARīs, especially if you even donīt know what the abbreviation stands for.

I thing this company reputation already speak for itself.
pune how much they pay you for this? 3 posts, how many dollars each post is that? If the company is so good how come they lost in cort and they have to pay?

Anyway I am not getting anything, I am employed as everybody else here, but what I have seen till now is good and you should work for other companys to have a comparison.
What I dont like in here are people complaining all the time and never trying to change things, ......go home to mommy or somewhere else.
I know only bad Ends with people who f.... the company and there are a lot.
I dont even know that they went to court and what for, can you tell me!

Basicaly the company agree to pay a pilot and then dont.
They had plenty of chance to pay this guy and they dont.
He appoint lawyers who rite asking him to pay they dont.
He take them to cort and they lose.
Now they ignore the cort instruction to pay so soon maybe the repo man will be on the job.
So this time the company try to f... someone as you say and this time they lose.

the pilot manager involved is losing pilots regularly by his outrageous behaviour, another pilot has just left because he has not been payed for two months,as for fairplay & pune,I am speechless......

I am still in dispute, so can not say too much but..
Any responses from any other current or former employees is always welcome.
Pune: You must be aware that I have worked for several, or even many other companies, and have valid comparisons.
You must also be aware, that I did attempt to try and change some relevent areas, but with no success.
I have worked with many companies out of Moscow, and mostly they have all been very professional.
Keep on trucking.....

IJM renunion
I shall be back in Moscow early November for a week, and hope that we can all getogether and swop war stories.....
Perhaps on the 12th Floor of the usual hotel.
I know there are several old guys with great stories, that will entertain the new guys.
Sounds like a fun time.
