Citation 2 or Bravo wanted for dry lease
Would anyone out there know of any Citation 2's or Bravos available for dry lease with minimum guaranteed hours?

I think you are going to be lucky. That is quite low utilisation. Think you would be better cutting an hours deal with an existing operator, or 2.
Most lease aircraft available in the bizjet market are N reg. Having just tried to lease a CJ (with no luck, had to buy one) the N reg operators are not keen on having their aircraft made EASA and the reg changed. What you really need is a private owner who is willing to "share" his aircraft with you based on a management contact and guaranteed hours.
