Netjets under investigation and taken to court for illegal labourcontracts

Latest news is that Netjets Europe is under investigation for employing pilots without paying social benefits to the european country involved (portugal). Several courtcases are going on, others will start soon.Unions are involved to stop Netjets in the way they are working, which is false competition for other companies who do follow the rules and laws and do pay social securities and benefits.
Most Pilots in Netjets Europe have illegal Isle of Man contracts and are getting into trouble in their country of residence as they have no proof that their company and so they have paid social contributions as we all are supposed to pay in the european union.

This could have an enormous effect on Netjets Europe as a so called "credible company" because will clients of Netjets be longer flying for them when they know that they misstreat their personel and let them work under illegal conditions?

Would you want to work for such a company?
If you can work somewhere else, do that, the company the way it is now is not what you want, or perhaps wait a while to see what happens next , they might even pull out completely, certainly not a secure job at the moment...imagine if those 500 pilots of Netjets come onto the market if they stop operating .......

probably a bit more than you my friend, after 4 years I think I have a pretty good idea.

But if you wait just a bit more , you will see some very interesting information coming out as the courtcases continue and new ones are being prepared in several countries. We cannot disclose it all at once that will spoil the suprise and give NJE to much information.
My job as messenger will be taken over by a collegue as I am leaving finally NJE this month, but the fight will continue will the help of the IPA .
so long chaps

I can only assume you either have not fully researched NJE (use the search function in here) or have very low expectations.

Mind you, such low expectations are likely to receive their full reward. Just bend over.........................
