They never type you, they had a whole load of guys when the company first got established that did exactly that, get in and type out! they will not even type with a bond or type any of the long standing guys... But they will take you if you have just got your rating, for direct entry Capts your training Capt for 200hrs and you can make that in 2.5 months!!! as for F/O 1000 hrs then upgrade to Capt so it is the place to go where you can move up and collect your hrs fairly quickly!!!

Thats if the politics, bad environment, low pay, no pay, crap treatment blah blah blah does not get to you, [you will crack eventually!!!] it is i dare say the place!!

OK, I don't think I understand Golondrina:

They advertise hiring Captains. The Captain MUST be typed. You say they're not typing people... so... what's the solution to this discrepancy?

Fanfree, the last pay I heard for 604 CA was $14,000 per month plus per diem plus housing, they pay travel back and forth from rotation.

They have a few 605's coming so I would think they would need to hire soon, and I'm considering it, just haven't heard anyone who actually WORKS THEIR CURRENTLY (not worked there a year or more ago), but someone who is on the payroll NOW and recently joined talk about the particulars.

Anyone in that boat?

I'm looking for a minimum of hassle, a maximum of pay, and some decent time off to enjoy my family on a regular basis. I don't mind working hard, I simply want to be compensated for it properly. Too much to ask for in the U.S. these days, so I'm broadening my horizons...

Mr Aviation I compleatly agree with you, you have got it in one. You have first hand knowledge!

Not a company most want to be with at this time especially that 3 x aircraft have been sold in the last 6 months and more to go...

The high crew turnaround is enough to put anyone off.. Job stability NAY

Most of there big wig clients that kept them afloat have pulled out and now flying with other operators.

Poor poor management, The crew are treated extremly badly and only the desperate remain!

Not to mention they are selling off the FBO in Bahrain..

Run run run as fast as you can in the opposite direction!
