Biz Jets Downunder
Am curious for a bit of info from anyone from Oz or NZ(Mainly) who has cracked into the corporate sector. Total times they had etc and if they think turboprop time is a necessity in this part of the globe. Also any suggestions for planning a route for a guy in a GA job with under 1000TT.
Cheers very much.

There is very little corporate flying in New Zealand, don't bother, and if your not a New Zealander, you might as well have two heads. A lot more happening in Australia, more operators , mostly on the east coast or for some of the mine operators. The Australian CAA is much easier to deal with that the NZ CAA, who are not really in this century yet. Your time is a bit low, but thats the secret to aviation, don't give up attitude.
Good Luck

Cheers X man, bit of a late reply I know, however, of what you or anyone else knows out there, are most companies that deal with the corp jets, solely operating with the jets? or do they have smaller twins/maybe singles that people can progress up on?

Look up pilot pointer, its a free web page with great info, about 25 agencies for jobs and there is one that is based from OZ which has jobs for all over OZ land, some corporate, others for charter operators, flying doctors ,etc. It all starts on the left column of PilotPointer.
Good luck
