I flew 6 months for this "company" in year 2000.
The boss can give the banner towing endorsement (not free)
He hold a student licence....and his wife give him the signature each six months (she is instructor)...(Check the TAMPA FAA office)
The airplane (c172) was not in bad condition, just out of rules.
You have aslo to clean the boss's car each week.
Lot of accident since 2000. I don't know how the FAA approved this company.
Up to you, but try to find another place.
