Oh yes indeed. I wonder how many people were sad to see the old one go?

I think they have a Lear 45 coming soon. Good operator, will be good to have them back in the market.

One that is priced competitively, keeps to schedule and looks after my clients well.

I always start with one that is the safest, stable financially and keeping their word. Looking after customers is the cheapest bit. There are to many people deciding on: I like the pilot so it must be a great company.... the aircraft might be old trash (but with a new interior so the customer is impressed), maintenance cheap and the 24/7 operations department just a cell phone..

You obviously have had a different experience when chartering their aircraft. I find it fairly commonplace that the 24/7 Ops is a mobile phone, and that older aircraft with current COfA are refitted to give customer apeal.

Not getting to somebody at midnight on the 24/7 cell phone when the client is on the other line, aircraft breaking down and no back up from a small operator... yep I do have different experiences
