NetJets- basing, where can you live, where not?

Hi guys and gals,

Any info about where you can live when working for NetJets?

Can you go for Malta, Palma? What are the criteria?

You need to live within one hour from a Gateway Airport.
Not sure of the exact criteria, London Gatwick and London Heathrow are Gateways whereas London Luton isn't really.
I think it needs to have a few airlines (not just locos) using it.

Neither Palma or Malta are considered gateways.

As reddo says, think more along the lines of Nice, Paris, London, Barcelona etc.

I believe so.

(Edited to add..."Due to the heavy use of these forums we would prefer it if you are going to post something then please make sure it is worthwhile and at least 15 characters long. Hope this appeases the mods.

Angry

Even living near a non "gateway" location, but willing to travel to a "gateway", (at own expense) is not an option according to MG.

Oh really?

I know of several people who live outside the one hour circle but position nearer the gateway the day before. Never known it to be a problem, as long as you can meet the criteria if on standby or going to work.
